Toro

Toro is a handsome 1-year-old mixed breed boy who weighs about 63 lbs. He came to us as a very scared stray and has been slowly warming up to our staff and volunteers. Toro has done well with other dogs in our play yard and on leash, so he could potentially live with another canine friend! He is looking for a patient person who will continue to build his confidence and show him the joys of a loving home.

Toro needs a patient adopter who will continue to work on building his confidence.

Toro is intact and has no known health issues at this time.

Training & Support

Toro is still a bit shy and needs an adopter committed to helping him build confidence. He has done well with other dogs, which is a great start!

• In-person adopters who have already met the animal get first priority.

Transportation

Toro is currently located at the Humane Society of Hobart Inc. at 2054 E. State Road 130 in Hobart, IN 46342. We are open for adoptions during the following hours: Tuesdays & Fridays from 11 am-7 pm, and other days from 11 am-4 pm.
