Mickell and Khloe

Mickell (5 years old) and Khloe (4 years old) are a bonded pair who have lost their home. They have always been together and are being placed as a pair. They are sweet and friendly, and love to play with their red rubber balls. Khloe is a snuggler and Mickell loves belly rubs. Both dogs are "au natural" with long tails and uncut floppy ears. Mickell is black and brown, a mix, and sheds a bit - less when his hair is kept short. He has a typical Schnauzer personality - loyal and smart, and he watches over his little "sister." Mickell loves to run in his yard but also enjoys walks in the neighborhood. He weighs about 24 lbs, so exercise is important to help him shed a few pounds. Khloe is white and about 12 lbs. She has a very sweet nature and wants to please. Khloe loves her yard, especially chasing balls, and she and Mickell have a lot of fun running around together. She looks forward to going on walks and greeting other dogs and people.

Ideal Home

Mickell and Khloe would love a home where they can continue to be a bonded pair, enjoying playtime in their yard and going for walks.

Ongoing Health

Mickell and Khloe have recently received dentals and were spayed/neutered. They are up to date on vaccines and screenings, and are microchipped.

Training & Support

Mickell enjoys walks and yard time. Khloe enjoys yard time and walks, and greets other dogs and people positively.

Application Details:

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Prior to placement, all dogs are spayed/neutered, brought up-to-date on vaccinations, heartworm tested, dewormed, and microchipped.
• Dogs also receive a dental cleaning, if needed, and are bathed/groomed before adoption.

Transporation

NJSRN covers NJ, PA, NY, CT, MD, DE, and surrounding states, and we will help any Miniature Schnauzer in need, regardless of age or health status. We do not offer shipping, but can help with local area transport throughout most of the northeast.
