Hector is a handsome and loving puppy who was found wandering the streets of Houston. Thankfully, he was rescued and is now in a loving foster home, learning what it means to be cherished. He's a playful, athletic boy who is eager to learn and would make a wonderful companion for an active family. Standard Schnauzers are known for being intelligent, loyal, and devoted to their people, forming strong bonds and loving to be involved in everyday life. Hector is also a great choice for those seeking a more hypoallergenic dog.

Ideal Home

Hector would do best with a family that enjoys spending time together and is excited to help him continue building confidence and good manners. His ideal family will include him in everyday life, provide daily walks and playtime, enjoy training and teaching him new things, and give him plenty of love, structure, and attention. He is a puppy with lots of growing, learning, and exploring ahead of him.

Hector is house-trained and kennel-trained. He also walks well on a leash and rides well in a car.
