Miles Lakers is a four-month-old, 23-pound bundle of joy who is believed to be a Pit Bull / Staffordshire Terrier mix. He's an incredibly sweet, curious, and cuddly puppy who loves to play with his siblings and take long naps. His days are a happy cycle of eating, sleeping, and playing! Miles is one of the most desperate puppies in the US, as his area has high euthanasia rates for young dogs. By choosing Miles, you're not only saving his life but also making space for another animal in need. You can see a glimpse of his playful personality here: https://youtu.be/xpmftjrQIdU. You can also schedule a FaceTime call to meet him before you commit!
Ideal Home
Miles will thrive in a home that is prepared for the dedication of puppyhood. He needs a family committed to his training, socialization, and overall development.
Ongoing Health
Miles has received all necessary vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention. He is microchipped with free lifetime registration and will receive a heartworm preventative injection. A health certificate deeming him healthy for travel is included.
Training & Support
Miles is young and needs a family ready to commit to training and socialization. We require adopters to crate train their new puppy immediately to help with potty training, energy management, and development. Our team assesses and works with all animals on behavior modification and provides individualized plans to prepare them for their future homes, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.
