Maxie

Meet Maxie! This sweet boy, along with his sibling, was rescued from rural Mississippi. Maxie is an adorable 10-week-old Bully/Cur mix pup, weighing around 10 lbs and bursting with personality. He’s incredibly sweet and playful, and we expect him to grow into a large adult dog. Maxie is settling in wonderfully at his foster home and is great with all animals and children. He’ll be ready for his forever home next week after receiving his second round of vaccines and being altered.

Ideal Home

Maxie is a social butterfly who thrives in the company of other animals and children.

Ongoing Health

Maxie will be altered before adoption as part of our pediatric spay and neuter policy, which is essential for our rescue efforts. All adoption fees include a vet check, age-appropriate shots, dewormer, and rabies vaccination (if at least 16 weeks old).

Training & Support

As a young puppy, Maxie will need continued guidance and training to help him flourish.

• There is no fee to apply.
• Adoptions are not on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Puppies not yet ready for adoption can be reserved with an approved application and a non-refundable $50 deposit, which will be applied to the adoption fee. This deposit is only submitted once approved and requested through Wags.
