She’s an explorer at heart, never afraid to get her nails dirty and dive headfirst into some rough and tumble fun. A true junkyard queen, she thrives in the great outdoors, whether it’s chasing after a good ol’ bone, basking in the sunshine, or winning a friendly game of tug-of-war. But don’t let her tough-girl act fool you—her one soft spot? Belly rubs. She’s an absolute sucker for them! If you’re looking for a bold, playful, and fearless best friend, Cherry Cruz is your girl! We know our dogs very well and have spent countless hours with them, learning all of their quirks and goofy personalities. We have a team of dedicated animal care professionals that work day in and day out to bring every Little Hero out of their shell. From the moment they are accepted into our program we provide behavior & medical care to prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally training, and providing social enrichment. We provide socialization for our dogs through playgroups and one on one bonding time, where we will also work on their other skills such as leash training and basic commands. Our goal is to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts and just want someone to be understanding with them, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be! By adopting from us, you save TWO lives at once. The dog you adopt and the dog that will be replaced in their spot to continue on the same path!

Ongoing Health
All vetting, including DAPP, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, flea and heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter are included with the adoption fee.
Training & Support
Cherry Cruz is a rescue dog and will require continued training efforts. She has received behavioral training and enrichment to prepare her for adoption.
