Kane 28 lbs

Kane is a handsome Mini Bernipoo, weighing in at 28 lbs and done growing! This chocolate tri-colored boy was born on May 18, 2023. He's a sweet boy who gets along well with cats, kids, and other dogs. Kane can be a little shy at first, but with a little time and patience, he'll warm up and become your devoted buddy. He's already got great leash skills and is crate trained, even quieting down nicely when in his crate. Kane was released from a breeder who decided not to use him for breeding purposes, and he's ready for a fresh start in a loving home.

Ideal Home

Kane would thrive in a home with a physical, fenced-in yard, as he prefers not to potty on a leash. He would also love to have another happy dog in the home, as he really enjoys the company of other canine friends. He will also require regular grooming. Please ensure any upcoming vacations are out of the way before applying to adopt.

Ongoing Health

Kane has been neutered, vaccinated for Parvo and Distemper, received his Rabies vaccination, is Frontlined, and has received 30 days of heartworm prevention. He is also microchipped. All vet paperwork will go home with him.

Training & Support

Kane is crate trained and doggy door trained. He is described as not having any problems in his current environment. He will take a little time to settle into a new home.

Transportation

Kane is available in Antwerp, Ohio. Transportation is available to Maumee every other Wednesday morning if needed. Approved families are always welcome to visit Kane in Antwerp.
