Meet Luna!

Luna is an 9-month-old Pit Bull mix with a heart full of love and a personality that shines just as brightly as her name. We welcomed Luna into our rescue as a tiny 3-month-old puppy from our friends at Winnebago County Animal Services late last year, and while she was adopted, she has since returned to our care after deciding she'd prefer to have her humans all to herself rather than share them with another canine companion.

Luna is a sweet, affectionate girl who absolutely adores attention and loves being close to her people. She has lived successfully in a home with children and has done wonderfully with them, making her a great fit for a family looking for a loving and devoted companion.

While we have not formally cat tested Luna, we would be happy to do so for an interested adopter. At this time, we believe Luna would thrive as the only dog in her home, where she can soak up all the love and attention she deserves.
