Zeus Buddy is the easy-going best friend you've been searching for! He's a 5-year-old, 62lb Lab/Pittie mix (breed and age not guaranteed) who thrives on love and companionship. Zeus is happy to join you for a quiet day on the couch, a leisurely nap, or a spontaneous adventure. He’s a true go-with-the-flow pup who just wants to be cherished. His affectionate nature shines through in snuggles, quiet presence, and genuine contentment by your side. Zeus is a rescue dog looking for his forever human and is sure to be an instant connection.

Ideal Home

Zeus would thrive in a home where someone is often present, such as a work-from-home situation or a stay-at-home parent, as he loves human interaction and snuggles. He would do well in a home without other dogs, or with a calm, cool, and collected female dog of low to medium energy who enjoys relaxing. Zeus would do best in a home with no cats.

Ongoing Health

Zeus Buddy is up to date on all vetting, which includes DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, flea prevention, and a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative. He has also been tested for heartworm and treated if needed.

Training & Support

Zeus Buddy is crate trained and potty trained. He walks nicely on a leash, knows basic commands like "sit," and has excellent manners, making him trustworthy to be left unattended. He adapts well to different living situations, including apartments and homes with stairs.

Transportation

We facilitate nationwide adoptions using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for every pet with 24/7 care. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pickup in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.
