Beta (NC)

Beta is a sweet, laid-back lady who is a joy to have around! She enjoys being scratched and loved on, though she's not much of a cuddler. Chewing on bone marrow is a favorite pastime, along with wandering around the yard if it's not too hot. Beta likes to move around and doesn't seem attached to any one specific bed, much like Goldilocks! She lets you know when she needs to go out by wandering, so regular bathroom breaks are recommended. Beta is wonderful on a leash, slowly enjoying sniffing everything while perking up at sounds and responding with adorable barks. She's a bit of a foodie and prefers her kibble mixed with tasty additions like chicken broth and rice, frozen mixed veggies, shredded boiled chicken, and plain yogurt. It's been a wonderful experience watching Beta come out of her shell, and her personality is still blossoming. She would make a fabulous companion and is excellent with dogs of all sizes. Cats are of no interest to her, as she simply passes them by or lies with them.

Beta would thrive in a home that can offer her regular bathroom breaks and a variety of food to keep her interested.
