John Boy is a charming 11-pound male Chihuahua mix who came to us from a situation where he and other dogs didn't receive much one-on-one attention. His foster is working with him, and he's starting to blossom and crave love and affection. He's going to need a special person who can continue to give him lots of TLC and help him feel secure.
