He's looking for a patient, committed family that will continue helping him build confidence and good manners. Welly is still learning how to walk nicely on a leash and does have some resource guarding, so he'll thrive with consistent training and positive reinforcement. Despite needing a little extra guidance, Welly has so much potential and is eager to form a strong bond with the people he trusts.
