Shye

Shye is a 1-2-year-year-old sweetheart who's come such a long way. Once a fearful stray, she's blossomed into a playful, affectionate dog who just wants to be loved. She may still be a little shy at first, but with a gentle touch and a few treats, she warms up quickly and will soon be your shadow. Shye is both smart and pretty well-mannered - she knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, and even "crate time." She is great on her leash, crate-trained, and housebroken. She's treat-motivated and eager to please, which makes it a joy to train her. Shye LOVES car rides and enjoys going for walks with her doggy friends or her favorite human. Shye's the perfect mix of playful energy (gotta get those zoomies once or twice a day!) and couch-potato cuddles, and she never says no to a good chew toy or snuggle session.

Ideal Home

Shye's perfect family would have at least one other dog and be willing to be patient and give her the time she needs to trust. A fenced yard would be great because she loves to run her zoomies and play fetch.

Ongoing Health

Shye is up-to-date on vaccines, dewormed, and microchipped. She has completed heartworm treatment and is now heartworm negative. She is on monthly heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

Training & Support

Shye knows basic commands like sit, stay, come, and "crate time." She is great on her leash, crate-trained, and housebroken. She is treat-motivated and eager to please.
