Meet Pepper! Pepper may be petite, but his potential for love is huge! With trust, love, and lots of treats, Pepper can blossom into the role of your new best friend. Pepper is new to the shelter and still adjusting, but beneath the nerves is a friendly little guy who wants to connect. He dreams of a calmer home with teens and older who can show him the world isn't all that scary. When it comes to canine friends, he prefers slow, respectful introductions so he can gain confidence and trust. Ongoing Health

Pepper has crystals in his urine and is on a prescription urinary diet to help prevent crystal formation, which should be continued in the home. He should also be introduced to his new vet for a full check-up.

Training & Support

Pepper is still adjusting to his new surroundings and may be a little nervous. Patience, trust, and consistent positive reinforcement will help him feel more comfortable.
