Meet Roo!
If you're looking for a dog that's as smart as she is spirited, this little cattle dog is ready to find her perfect match. She has all the traits that make heelers so incredible—loyal, eager to be involved in everything you do, and always ready for the next adventure. Roo is an estimated 4-month-old, 19lb cattle dog mix who is mostly house-trained and fully crate-trained. While she isn't a fan of going into her crate, she settles down quickly and does well once she's inside. She's also not destructive, especially when her mind and body are kept busy.
Ideal Home
Roo needs an active home that understands the physical and mental exercise this breed requires, making her not a good fit for first-time dog owners or apartment living. She would absolutely thrive in a home with another playful dog who can match her energy, as having a canine companion helps keep her engaged and gives her an outlet for play. An experienced cattle dog owner with a fenced yard who is committed to continuing her training would be ideal.
Ongoing Health
