Harlan

Harlan is a beautiful, small hound weighing around 45 lbs. He was found with his friends Hank and Howie at the end of a rural road, and while his friends have moved on to rescue, Harlan is still waiting for his forever home! He was treated for skin issues, which have improved with flea medication. Harlan is not food aggressive and gets along well with other dogs, having been around his foster's resident dog. He can be a little shy with new people but warms up quickly. Harlan is also house-trained and uses a doggy door.
