Transporation
Rachel is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included with adoption and may be to nearby towns or states. Ground transports operate weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states from Texas. Adopters can track their dog's transport using the Life360 app and receive updates.
