He gets along well with other dogs and is a real social butterfly. He is eager to find his forever home and will be the most loyal companion. Mullins is also a quick learner and would benefit from some training to help him remember his manners, especially since he tends to forget his size and loves a good lap to curl up on, even if he's a little too big!
