Maggie

Maggie is a healthy and loving Mountain Feist who is crate and leash/harness trained. She absolutely loves going on walks and is an excellent watchdog! Maggie has made incredible progress since her first nine months of life, which were spent mostly on a line with limited human and dog interaction. While she can initially be a bit anxious around new people, objects, and situations, her reactions are limited to tense muscles and barking, not aggression. She's come such a long way and continues to blossom!

Ideal Home

Maggie is apprehensive when first meeting other dogs, but not aggressive. She warms up quickly, especially to smaller and younger dogs, often initiating play. We don't know how she'd do with cats as she's never met one. Maggie seems to enjoy children, reacting positively to them on walks, though her interactions have been brief.

Ongoing Health

Maggie is spayed, up-to-date on all her vaccines, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Maggie is crate and leash/harness trained and is house-trained. She's a fantastic watch-dog. Her initial anxiety around new things and people has significantly improved, but she may still show some apprehension. With patience and understanding, she continues to gain confidence.
