Rye is a 2-year-old, 56-pound bundle of sunshine, happiness, and love! He's the color of a perfectly cooked corndog and has a smile that can brighten even the gloomiest day. Rye is a goofy boy who loves to snuggle, sometimes with a full-body hug or a move that resembles a marriage proposal. He's a true lover boy, goofball, and adventure buddy all rolled into one!

Ideal Home

Rye would thrive in a home that enjoys playtime, walks, and some structure. He could do well in an apartment with plenty of exercise and enrichment, but a house with a yard would be a dream come true.

Ongoing Health

Rye is healthy and up to date on all vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention.

Training & Support

Rye can be a little jumpy when excited, but he's learning to sit for praise, and with a little polishing, he'll be a master of manners. He needs some work on his leash skills as he can be a bit all over the place, but he's a good listener and loves treats, making training a breeze! He is cat-tolerant with a slow introduction.

Rye is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide. We offer drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada.
