Winnie

Winnie is a sweet Maltese mix who came to us from a puppy mill where she was sadly scheduled for euthanasia. Thankfully, we stepped in to give her the second chance she deserves! She's a playful and affectionate girl who enjoys her time with the other dogs in her foster home. Winnie is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations.

Ideal Home

Winnie's small size makes her a delicate little lady. For her safety and well-being, we do not recommend homes with children younger than 10 years of age and would prefer an adult-only household.

Ongoing Health

Winnie has luxating patellas in her right hind leg, a condition present since birth. Our veterinarians have confirmed that this does not currently hinder her or cause her pain. We are advised to let her live her life and play as she pleases until it potentially becomes an issue in the future.

Training & Support

Winnie is a smart and playful pup who is already house-trained. We recommend continuing with positive reinforcement to help her thrive in her new home.
