She's had a tough start, spending her first eight months locked in a shed. Now, she's slowly discovering the world outside, and things can still be a little scary for her. Harper is looking for a patient, kind owner who will respect her journey and meet her where she is with her insecurities. Harper is great with other dogs and would do best in a home with a confident canine friend to help her navigate life. She's house-trained, rides okay in the car, and has a tender, affectionate side that emerges when you least expect it. Harper is about 50 pounds and 12 months old.
