Speedy

Speedy is a 9-year-old, 20-pound lovebug with the cutest little trot and a heart that’s just waiting to belong to someone special. He’s had a rough start in life, but he hasn’t let that dull his gentle spirit or his deep desire to bond with a human who understands him. Speedy is all about the simple joys—yummy treats, leisurely walks, cozy cuddles, and soaking up all the love and attention you have to give. He gets so excited when you come home, wagging his tail like it’s the best part of his day (because to him, it is!). Speedy is incredibly well-behaved and listens to commands from the start. He’s attentive, eager to please, and always pays close attention to his humans. He just loves going on walks and sniffing the smells in parks and on hikes, but he's also quite happy chilling at home with you. He’s truly a hidden gem—loyal, smart, affectionate, and full of love just waiting to shine.

Ideal Home

Speedy would do best in a home without young children or puppies. He could also thrive with a gentle, respectful doggy friend who understands the importance of space and kindness, but would prefer a home without dominant dogs. He may need a little time to warm up, but once Speedy loves you, he loves you for life. An experienced, patient dog lover would make a great companion for Speedy.

Speedy is house-trained and knows basic commands. He’s attentive and eager to please.
