Meet Queenie, a three-year-old Retriever mix who is as spirited as she is sweet! Weighing in at 55 lbs, Queenie has a heart of gold and a dash of sass. She may have lost sight in one eye, but it hasn't slowed her down one bit – she's ready for adventure and endless affection. Queenie loves her walks and playtime, especially if it involves wrestling with furry friends and receiving belly rubs. While she can be a bit shy at first, she warms up quickly and her quirky charm, like her occasional stubbornness about leash-up time, is part of what makes her so special.
Ideal Home
Queenie would thrive in a home with plenty of space to explore, ideally with a large yard. An active family that enjoys hiking or running would be a perfect match for her energetic spirit. She also does well with other dogs, as she enjoys playful interaction in playgroups.
Ongoing Health
Queenie has lost sight in one eye.
Training & Support
Queenie is not toy-obsessed but loves snuggles and affection. She can be a bit timid when meeting new people and may occasionally dig or find ways out of containment if her curiosity gets the better of her, though she's not a flight risk. Guidance will be provided to help her settle into her new home.
