Diamond

Meet Diamond, also known as Handsome Di or Hunky Di! This 1-year-old, neutered male Pitbull mix is a big boy with an even bigger heart. Diamond was found by a kind person who thought he might have been hit by a car. He received veterinary care and, thankfully, had no broken bones, but he did need a quiet place to recover. During his recovery, he stayed with a vet tech and was around other dogs. Now, Diamond is ready to find his forever home. He loves cuddles and is eager to please, especially when treats and toys are involved! He’s making great progress learning to walk on a leash and basic commands, thanks to his foster mom.

Ideal Home

Diamond would thrive in a home with a backyard where he can play and explore. He also loves having his own cozy bed and appreciates a consistent routine. He would make a wonderful traveling buddy, movie companion, or camping partner. He's looking for a family with children over 12 years old.

Ongoing Health

Diamond has fully recovered from his initial injuries and has no known ongoing health concerns. He has been neutered.

Training & Support

Diamond is learning to walk on a leash and is working on basic commands. He's a fast learner who is motivated by treats and praise. Providing him with a consistent routine and positive reinforcement will help him continue to thrive.
