Kimbo

Kimbo is a smart and adorable pup who looks a bit like a Lab but has the feisty spirit of a chihuahua, with a likely terrier mix in his lineage. He's a very quick learner, already knows basic commands, and is highly motivated by toys and treats. Kimbo is completely house-trained and enjoys eating his meals in his crate, which helps him feel secure. He also loves his chew toys and settles well when it's time to rest in his crate. Kimbo is an active dog who enjoys playtime in the yard, as well as daily walks and hikes. While generally easy-going, he can sometimes get a little "spicy" around certain people when he's feeling nervous. An adopter with experience with dogs who may exhibit nervousness would be a great match for him.

Kimbo would do best in a home where he can continue to use his smarts, whether that's learning new tricks or engaging in other training activities with his owner. He thrives with mental stimulation.
