Helen (Sister Goldie)

Helen is a 6-year-old, 16-pound smooth chocolate dappled Dachshund with a personality as sweet as can be! She's a true "shadow" who loves to be by her people's side, showering them with affection and enjoying plenty of belly rubs. Helen also enjoys her walks and is a silly, playful companion. She came in with her sister, Goldie, and while they are bonded, we are open to applications for them together or separately.

Ideal Home

Helen would thrive in a home with a securely fenced backyard. She is not compatible with cats. While she prefers to be the only dog in the home, she could potentially be okay with a larger, neutral dog that is not too young, wild, or dominant. Children aged 10 and up are also welcome.

Ongoing Health

Helen recently had a dental cleaning.
