Charlotte had a rough start as a stray with severe flea dermatitis and skin infections, but she's recovering wonderfully in her foster home and her true personality is shining through. Charlotte would be a wonderful addition to a family looking for an amazing member. She is good with other dogs and children. We are unsure how she would do with cats, as she has never been around them.
