Moose

Moose is a 9-month-old Shepsky with stunning blue eyes and a personality as vibrant as his look! This handsome boy is a bundle of fun, overflowing with affection and always eager for his next adventure with his favorite humans. He was rescued from a high-kill shelter and is now learning the ropes in a loving foster home.

Ideal Home

Moose would thrive with an active family who understands he's still a young dog exploring the world. A family with a work-from-home or stay-at-home parent would be ideal, providing him with the consistent attention and training opportunities he needs to master house manners. He is dog-friendly and cat-friendly and enjoys plenty of outdoor time for exploring, hiking, playing, or simply going for long walks. Moose can be the only canine in the home to soak up all the attention, or he can live with other dogs, as he gets along well with all animals. A yard that is adequately and fully fenced is a must; we do not accept electric or underground fences.

Ongoing Health

Moose is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. He is heartworm negative and is kept on monthly heartworm and flea preventatives.

Training & Support

Like many young dogs, Moose will benefit from continued training to build good habits. He is highly intelligent and food-motivated, making him a quick learner who loves to please. With gentle guidance and appropriate management around food and toys when interacting with other dogs, he will blossom into a devoted companion.
