Minga is a sweet, soft, and gentle girl with a fun burst of bouncy, playful energy. She soaks up affection and blossoms when given attention. While she may be a bit shy at first, her silly and playful personality will shine through. She loves her toys, enjoys a good game of catch, and is a gentle tug-of-war champ. Minga is treat motivated, walks nicely on leash, and is ready to explore the world by your side. She is a 3-year-old, 42-pound, grey Pit Bull mix. Minga's euthanasia date is 4/1/26, and she needs a hero by 5 PM.

Ideal Home

Minga would thrive in a calm, semi-active home where she can relax and truly be herself. She would do best with older children (12+) who can respect her space and not be too loud. She does well with male dogs that are very neutral and neutered but is not a fan of excitable or overly playful dogs. She will need slow, thoughtful introductions to feel safe and is not a fan of female dogs. Cats and other small animals are unknown.

Ongoing Health

All rescue dogs are vaccinated, altered, and micro-chipped.

Training & Support

Minga walks pretty nicely on leash and is treat motivated. With a little encouragement, she's ready to explore.
