Meet Honeydew Tropical, a sweet and affectionate 10-week-old Hound mix who weighs 16 pounds. Despite her origins in Tennessee, Honeydew brings sunny vacation vibes and a positive outlook to everyday life. She's incredibly loving and enjoys lots of cuddles, making her the perfect companion for someone seeking a faithful best friend.

Ideal Home

Honeydew would thrive in a home that enjoys her gentle personality. She loves playing with other dogs and would do well with children and strangers. While she hasn't met cats yet, she's open to sharing her island life with feline friends.

Ongoing Health

Honeydew is up-to-date on vaccinations and will be spayed at the time of adoption.

Training & Support

As a puppy, Honeydew will need guidance with house-training, leash walking, and basic commands. Crate training is also a new experience for her, as she's only used crates for travel. We know training is a big commitment, and we encourage professional training to help her become the best family member she can be.

Transporation

Honeydew is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly at no additional cost. She is in a private foster home and is not available for in-person visits at a shelter building.
