Spencer- In a foster home

Spencer is a handsome German Shepherd mix, approximately 2 years old, with a heart full of love waiting to be shared. He arrived with his foster mom last May as a severely undersocialized and fearful dog. Thanks to immense patience, love, and the guidance of other canine companions, Spencer has blossomed into a dog who is ready to find his forever family. He absolutely thrives with other dogs and needs to live in a home with at least one canine friend to continue his journey of trust and companionship.

Spencer is a shy boy who is still learning to trust people, but with gentle encouragement, he has learned to accept pets and scratches and will now seek attention. He loves all treats and will sit and take them gently from your hand. He enjoys car rides, walks, and the freedom to run.
