Casper

Meet Casper! This happy, friendly boy is a 45-pound terrier-mix full of wiggly joy and excitement for everyone he meets. He does a delightful happy dance when he's excited and has the most adorable prance when he runs. Curious, outgoing, and loving, Casper wants to be part of the family and will join you for any activity. He has plenty of energy for playtime and loves a good romp in the yard, but once he's tired out, he's a big couch potato who enjoys lounging indoors, especially with a stuffed Kong. Casper would also love to join you for hiking and camping adventures, finding a long walk followed by lounging by a firepit to be his idea of a perfect day.

Ideal Home

Casper would do best in a household with older children or adults only, as his energy might accidentally lead him to bump into smaller kids. He would also be a great match for a home where he can be the only dog or with one relaxed pup, as his limited vision may make it difficult for him to read other dogs' body language.

Ongoing Health

Casper has limited vision, seeing shapes and shadows but sometimes needing to get close to objects to identify them. He navigates well with his excellent ears and nose. His shining white coat makes him prone to sunburn, so a dab of sunscreen on his nose before outdoor play is recommended during the summer. Casper is approximately three years old, healthy, neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
