A little about them
Linus the Lion is a sweet, mild-mannered, quiet Pekingese who enjoys lounging, observing, and relaxing in the yard. He plays briefly with toys—especially balls—and does not bark. Rescued from a hoarding home, Linus is shy around new people and needs time to acclimate, but he is gentle, allows cuddles and baths, and is learning to enjoy being petted. He may scoot away initially and goes limp when picked up.
Ideal Home
Linus would thrive in a patient, loving, nurturing home that lets him move at his own pace. He does well with dogs, mostly ignoring or observing them, and may benefit from a friendly dog who can help him enjoy life. He retreats from children, and his compatibility with cats has not been tested.
Ongoing Health
Linus had a dental cleaning with 16 extractions. Routine dental care and monitoring for future dental issues are recommended.
