His adorable bunny hops might even impress the NBA! Sammy is happiest with a toy in his mouth, and he's a pro at both fetch and tug-of-war. Don't let his athleticism fool you; he's also a champion cuddler who would love to spend all day with you. Friendly with everyone he meets, Sammy also adores dogs of all sizes. He's a true catch, ready to be the love of your life!
Ideal Home
Sammy would love a home with a yard to play in, or he'd be happy with a couple of walks each day to burn off his puppy energy. He's also shown to be content entertaining himself with a chew toy on the couch.

Sammy is a treat-motivated learner, making future training a breeze! He's already mastered waiting patiently for his turn with treats and knows to wait by the door before walks. He's also comfortable in his crate and eats his meals there. He does best with durable toys, as he loves to de-stuff them!

Sammy is currently in the Houston area, Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You can track your pet's journey in real-time, receive photo updates, and connect with other adopters through a private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
