Ginger Peaches is an 11-month-old, 31-pound bundle of love with adorable floppy ears and soulful eyes. She's a unique mix, believed to be part Pit Bull and part Chihuahua, bringing a delightful blend of big dog energy and small dog charm. Ginger is a total people-pleaser, showering her loved ones with affection and eagerly awaiting their return home each day. She bonds deeply and prefers to have her people by her side, making her the ultimate loyal companion.
Ideal Home
Ginger would thrive in a home where she can be a constant companion. She has done wonderfully with children aged 12 and 16 and shows potential for doing well with younger children, with meetings available upon request. While she enjoys playtime in a backyard, her adaptable nature means she could also do well in an apartment setting with adequate exercise and socialization. She gravitates towards calmer canine companions and shows great respect for other dogs, including those with special needs.
Ongoing Health
Ginger is up-to-date on all her vetting, which includes DAPP vaccinations with boosters, Bordetella, and Rabies vaccines, multiple deworming treatments, and flea and heartworm prevention. She has also been spayed and microchipped with lifetime registration.
Training & Support
Ginger is already crate trained and potty trained. She's a clever girl who knows "sit" and "shake," performing the latter with both paws to impress! She may be a little shy initially when meeting new dogs, but she warms up with time and space, especially with calmer dogs.
