Meet Mila! Mila is a spayed 3-year-old female Pitbull/Staffie mix, weighing around 40lbs. She's a smart, curious, and very people-oriented girl who loves to explore and learn. Mila is affectionate and cuddly, always happy to shower her humans with pets and kisses. She enjoys playtime with other dogs and can be a great running partner or outdoor companion for an active family.
Ideal Home
Mila would thrive in a moderately to very active home with no or older children. She would also benefit from having at least one other dog in the household, as she enjoys playing with canine friends. A home where someone is often present would be ideal, as she is very people-oriented and can be left unsupervised as long as food is put away and trash cans are empty.
Ongoing Health
Mila is generally healthy. She has been spayed and is up to date on vaccinations.
Training & Support
Mila is very teachable and picks up new lessons quickly. She has not been crate trained as she has always had access to a doggy door and someone home. While she is generally trustworthy when left alone, it's recommended to keep food put away and trash cans empty. She sometimes jumps on other dogs during play, so guidance in this area will be beneficial. Mila craves love and attention, and with patience and reassurance, she will be a wonderful companion.

Transporation
Mila is currently in a foster home in San Antonio, TX. She can be transported out of state once an approved adopter is found. Transports run every few weeks, and she will be on the next available transport once approved. If you are not able to accept a dog until a specific time period, please apply at that time.
