Hi there! I'm Helena, and I'm a sweet, soulful, and secretly silly girl named after a saint. When I first arrived, I was a little shy and unsure of the world, but with the help of some patient humans and a loving foster home, I've blossomed into a playful pup! I'm still a bit reserved around new people, especially men, but once I get to know you, I'll shower you with devotion. I was born around August 2024 and I get along wonderfully with cats and other dogs, though I like to take a moment to make proper introductions. I'm house and crate trained, and I don't bark much, preferring to observe from the window. I love quiet companionship indoors but transform into a joyful sprinter when I get to play outside. If you're looking for a loving and loyal friend who's part philosopher, part introvert, and part backyard enthusiast, I'm your girl!

Ideal Home

I would love a home that appreciates my quiet indoor nature, but also allows me plenty of space to run and play outdoors. Visible fencing is required.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on vaccinations and have been spayed. I am generally healthy and have no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

I am house and crate trained. I am polite with other dogs and do well with cats. I am still a little shy around new people, but I warm up with patience and gentle introductions.

• Adoption fee includes spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, deworming, and health certificate for travel.

Transporation

I am currently located in Texas. We have monthly transports to various locations, including the Northeast ($200 fee), Northwest and Midwest ($225-$350 fee), and Southeast ($250-$350 fee). Adopters outside of Texas will be responsible for the cost of transport services.
