OLLIE (Adorable, Sweet, Loves Kids, Active, Ready His Forever Home)

Meet Ollie! This 7-month-old, 18-pound terrier/chihuahua mix is a bundle of fun and energy, ready to find his forever home. Ollie is neutered, microchipped, and current on his shots. He's a smart, happy boy who loves affection and being close to his humans. You'll find him to be sweet, active, playful, and full of kisses! He adores children and is also crate-trained with great house-training progress – he even waits to potty until he's outside when the weather is nice. While he loves to zoom around the yard and is almost always in play-bow mode, he's also content to settle inside and follow his foster mom around. Ollie gets along well with other dogs, though as a puppy, he can sometimes get a little too enthusiastic in their space. A gentle growl is all it takes for him to back off and show his submissive nature. Ollie and his brother were found abandoned, but thankfully, they were rescued and given a second chance. His brother has since been adopted, and now it's Ollie's turn!

Ideal Home

Ollie would love an active family who will include him in all their adventures, whether it's running, hiking, or just playing in the yard. He adores children, but families with very young kids should be prepared for his enthusiastic puppy affection. Because Ollie needs room to run and play, apartment living is likely not the best fit for him.

Ongoing Health

Ollie is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccinations.

Training & Support

Ollie is crate-trained and his house-training is going very well. He does okay on leash and knows how to sit.
