Zumi Cutie is believed to be a pittie mix, approximately 2 years old and weighing 52 lbs. As with many rescues, we can't guarantee breed or age.

When meeting new people, Zumi can be a bit shy at first, but he quickly warms up and will lean in for affection, gently nudging you for closeness. He's a distinguished gentleman who shows his love with thoughtful affection, never being overly demanding. He's happy and wiggly with those he loves, and his excitement will surely make you feel like the most important person in the world!

Zumi is wonderful with children, even as young as four. He remains calm and patient with their energetic play, never jumping up or demanding attention. He takes treats softly and respectfully, showing a natural understanding of how to be gentle around little ones. With a little time, Zumi blossoms into a steady, affectionate companion who would be a wonderful addition to a family home.

He's also very dog-friendly and has enjoyed playing with all the dogs he's met. Zumi has a gentle, bouncy play style and is respectful of dogs that prefer not to engage. He's content to simply relax outdoors or indoors with his canine friends. He would do best in a home with a happy-go-lucky dog who enjoys playtime and downtime. Zumi would also do best in a kitty-free home.

Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
