Pacino

Pacino is a 5-year-old male bully mix with a medium build who had a rough start in life. He takes significant time to warm up to new people and displays visible fear of new surroundings. In his foster home, he allows all handling from his foster mom and will sometimes open up periodically to new people before becoming afraid and unsure. Pacino loves to run and play outside, and he chews his toys with no issues as long as he feels safe. He is crate trained and sleeps in his crate each night. He has learned commands and general training in his foster home and loves receiving treats when he does well.

Ideal Home

Pacino is seeking a place with someone experienced with difficult and/or abused dogs/breeds. He would prefer to be the only pet in his forever home to ensure he can consistently do as well as possible. He needs a home equipped with the time, space, and resources to work him through his struggles.

Ongoing Health

Pacino is fully vaccinated and neutered. He has no health concerns with the exception of issues with ear infections.

Training & Support

Pacino has learned commands and general training in his foster home and loves receiving treats when he does well. He becomes afraid around other dogs. A trainer, animal health professional, behaviorist, or someone involved in rehabilitation would be Pacino's best chance at a successful and safe adoption.
