Starlight is a gorgeous 45 lb girl with a beautiful heart and a great temperament. Estimated to be born around January 26, 2020, this Mountain Cur x Staffordshire Terrier mix is gentle, affectionate, and loves nothing more than hugs and kisses from her humans. She is also very patient with other dogs and would fit right in with any family. Starlight and her best friend Moonbeam were rescued from the streets just before a Texas freeze. She had a painful skin infection and was very underweight, but now she is happy and healthy and ready to find her forever home.
Ideal Home
Starlight would thrive in a home that can offer her plenty of affection and companionship. Her patience with other dogs suggests she'd do well in a multi-dog household.
Ongoing Health
Starlight is fully vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed. She has recovered from a past skin infection and was previously underweight, but is now healthy.
Training & Support
Starlight is kennel and potty trained. She is eligible to receive 50% off training with Curbed Behaviors Dog Training for programs booked within 30 days of adoption, and 25% off programs booked within 60-90 days of adoption. Transporation
Starlight is located in Houston, Texas. Transport is included in the adoption fee and is coordinated weekly to Eastern states and bi-weekly or monthly to Western states. Pickup locations may vary, including to a nearby town or state. You will be able to track the transport van using the Life360 app and receive updates. Facebook chats are also available for transport tracking.
