Myra

Myra is a happy, loving senior girl who enjoys relaxing and receiving affection. She makes the most adorable noises when she's playing and walks beautifully on a leash, making her a joy on walks. She's a truly low-maintenance companion, and has made incredible progress since arriving in rescue.

Ideal Home

Myra would do best in a home where she can continue to relax and receive love. She has previously done well with children of all ages and cats, but would prefer to be the only dog in the household.

Ongoing Health

Myra has allergies that were left untreated for a long time, which affected her coat. While much of her hair has grown back and skin infections have cleared, she will need to remain on allergy medication and be seen by a vet if her skin flares. She is also a one-eyed girl, as her other eye was severely ulcerated and infected. She navigates the world wonderfully without it and has no issues.

Training & Support

Myra is a well-behaved girl who walks nicely on a leash and is house-trained. She is a "no bother" kind of dog and is sure to bring a calm and loving presence to her new home.
