Duke

Duke is a timid, older gentleman who is still a bit shy and looking for a quiet, stable home where he can truly blossom. He needs a patient adopter who can help him feel secure and understand his boundaries. As he's a senior pup, he can sometimes be a little grumpy and may get overstimulated in new or busy environments. He'd do best in a home where he can decompress and have his own special safe space; he's not a fan of crates, but a dedicated room would be perfect for him.

Ideal Home

Duke would thrive in a calm and predictable environment with an adopter who understands his need to decompress and set gentle boundaries. He would prefer a quiet space where he can feel secure.

Ongoing Health

Duke is a senior dog and can be grumpy at times.

Training & Support

Duke is still coming out of his shell and will need patience as he learns to trust and understand boundaries. He does not like to be crated.
