Miles the Most Precious Scruffy

Meet Miles, a charmingly scruffy puppy who's about 4 months old and weighs around 8 pounds. We think he might be a Cairn Terrier mix, but his exact lineage is a delightful mystery! Miles is a happy pup who enjoys playtime, naps, and discovering the world through his taste buds. He's a sweet boy whose personality is as lovable as his scruffy coat. Like all puppies, he's focused on eating, sleeping, learning, and bonding with his favorite people. Every day is a new adventure for Miles as he builds the confidence to become a well-adjusted adult dog.

Ideal Home

Miles would thrive in a home that is prepared to invest time, patience, and consistency into his development. He'll need adopters who understand that puppies, even those with a relaxed disposition like Miles, require regular mental and physical stimulation throughout their lives.

Ongoing Health

Miles is a healthy puppy. He will receive a DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, and flea prevention before adoption. He will also receive a 12-month injectable heartworm preventative.

Training & Support

Miles will benefit from crate training and structure to help him feel secure. He's learning important life skills such as potty training, leash walking, and basic manners. Ongoing training, play, and engagement will be key to his success.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Transport drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
