A little about them
Alfred is an affectionate, energetic lovebug with a spirited, fun-loving personality. He loves to play and would be thrilled to spend time with his people at home.
Ideal Home
Alfred would do best with older children and a family able to provide plenty of exercise, mental enrichment, and a calm environment.
Ongoing Health
Alfred has a history of ear infections and a healed or healing aural hematoma affecting his right ear flap. He was treated with topical medication and prescribed an oral steroid for inflammation. Do not clean his ears for two weeks, and follow up with a primary veterinarian for rechecks and any further treatment or long-term management.
He was neutered after having a retained testicle and has two healing incisions. Check them daily and contact a veterinarian with any concerns. Additional care may be needed after adoption.
He received a basic physical exam, routine vaccines, deworming, and topical flea prevention if indicated.
Training & Support
Alfred is still working on his manners and would benefit from a family willing to continue helping him learn. He tends to calm down when the people around him remain calm.
