Tank

Meet Tank, a big-hearted goofball ready for a fresh start! He came to us through no fault of his own. While we don’t know much about his past, we do know he lived with a cat and loves people. Tank is a young, strong pup who already knows "sit" and is incredibly food-motivated, making him a perfect candidate for continued training. He leans in for pets, soaks up attention, and can get a little jumpy when excited, but it all comes from his joyful, affectionate personality. Playtime is Tank’s happy place! With other dogs, Tank may need a bit more practice. He showed strong interest when meeting another dog and will benefit from slow introductions and guidance to build positive social skills.

Tank is available at the Michael R. Frey Campus (4500 West Ox Road, Fairfax) or the Lorton Campus (8875 Lorton Road, Lorton). You can visit during open hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays 12-5 p.m., Thursdays and Fridays 12-7 p.m., and Saturdays and Sundays 11 a.m.-5 p.m.
