Carter is a 1-year-old, 11 lb Terrier/Chihuahua blend with a whole lot of personality! He's a silly boy who loves to play with toys and other dogs. Carter has Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH), which affects his balance and coordination. He's made great progress since joining the rescue, but he'll need a little extra care to stay safe and happy. He loves his routine and is doing well with potty breaks. Carter is a joy to watch and will continue to blossom with the right loving family.
Ideal Home
Carter needs a home where he can be safely supervised. He cannot be left alone on furniture or allowed to navigate stairs independently. A dog pen is recommended when he's not directly supervised to prevent him from getting into trouble. He would love a gentle playmate to be his buddy. He must live within 30 miles of Eugene, Oregon.
