Hi, I'm CC, a stunning blue merle Great Dane with a playful spirit, a heart full of love, and just the right amount of sass! At just around a year old, I'm still very much an oversized puppy. I approach life with enthusiasm and curiosity, and I always have a toy in my mouth! Toss me a ball or hand me a stuffed toy, and you've instantly become one of my favorite people. I have plenty of puppy energy but also settle nicely into a routine, making me a wonderful balance of fun and companionship. My story began with uncertainty after I was found as a stray, but I haven't let my past define me. I'm incredibly sweet, eager to bond with my people, and ready to start the next chapter of my life with a family of my own.
Ideal Home
I would do well with a mellow canine companion or would be perfectly happy soaking up all the attention as your one-and-only princess. I do best with calm, respectful dogs, and can be hesitant around pushy or overly energetic dogs. My compatibility with cats is currently unknown. I don't require a fenced yard but will need regular exercise, continued training, and plenty of opportunities to play. I want a family who will love me, include me in everyday life, and appreciate my goofy, affectionate personality. I would make a wonderful companion for a first-time giant breed owner who understands the commitment of raising a young giant breed dog.
Ongoing Health
All dogs adopted from Just Giants Rescue are up to date on vaccines (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. Some exceptions may apply.
Training & Support
I am potty trained, crate trained, rides well in the car, and walks nicely on a loose leash. I listen well, respond to correction, and am eager to please. Like many young dogs, I'm still polishing my manners and would benefit from continued training to learn basic commands such as sit and down. My excitement can sometimes get the best of me, especially around children, and I may jump up to say hello, but I'm making great progress with consistency. While I love going places, I sometimes need a little encouragement to get into the car. Once I'm inside, though, I'm the perfect passenger and often spend the ride peacefully napping.

Transportation
I am located in Fort Atkinson, WI. Transportation from the foster home to the adopter is the responsibility of the adopter to coordinate. We do not adopt outside of the continental US.
