Dinah is a sweet and gentle soul who brings a sense of calm and comfort to everyone she meets. At just over a year old and weighing 63 lbs, this beautiful Rottweiler/Shepherd mix (best guess!) is a playful and affectionate girl who is still discovering the world. She absolutely adores gentle affection, melts for belly rubs, and forms quiet, meaningful connections that feel incredibly special. While Dinah can be shy in new environments, underneath that shyness is a loving dog who truly cherishes her people. She blossoms when given patient reassurance and kind handling, showing her sensitive and thoughtful nature. Dinah has shown appropriate social skills with other dogs once she's comfortable, but can be overwhelmed by pushy personalities. She would likely do best with calm, socially savvy dogs, especially medium to large dogs who won't crowd her.
Ideal Home
Dinah would thrive in a calmer home with older kids or adults who understand shy dogs and appreciate building trust slowly. She is not recommended for homes with cats or very small dogs. Environments with fast movement and busyness can initially overwhelm her.
Ongoing Health
Dinah has no specific health conditions mentioned.
Training & Support
Dinah is a sensitive dog who notices tone, energy, movement, and intention. She thrives on calm voices and gentle handling. With patience and safety, she will form incredibly strong bonds and love with her whole heart.
